With over 18 years of global corporate management experience across four continents and 35+ countries, Olga’s career has been a journey of service, leadership, and transformation. She began in hospitality, where she discovered her passion for creating meaningful experiences. Her path evolved from hotel operations to strategic marketing in foodservice, then to independent consulting, and ultimately to executive, leadership & business coaching for individuals and organizations.
Motherhood reshaped her purpose, deepening her commitment to empowering women, entrepreneurs, change-makers, and leaders. Passionate about transforming organizational cultures, she strives to create a better world for future generations.
As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Olga helps executives, founders, and teams unlock their potential, cultivate thriving cultures, and lead with confidence and purpose through tailor-made corporate workshops and executive coaching. A lifelong learner, she holds three professional degrees and continuously expands her expertise to support individuals and organizations in achieving sustainable success, meaningful impact, and lasting fulfillment.
